Apple has continued to expand their latest and most profitable division, the lawsuit one. On top of forcing their main competitor, Samsung, to not sell their Galaxy Tab in many different country’s while their patent case is sorted out, they’ve now made the claim that since the creator of the Android operating system, Andy Rubin, worked at Apple at one point, he must have got the idea for it while working there. Apple claims that this is infringing on their iOS patent.
